Various licences apply to works stored in the Videoarchiv collection. All the works and documents can be fully viewed by researchers for free. With selected works, Národní filmový archiv provides sub-licences for screenings, loans, or exhibitions on the basis of a price list of services.
How do I find out if a work from the collection can be loaned?
Information about licence agreements, possibilities for loans and access can be found in the database, specifically in the Conditions of access and use area. The existence of the work in other collections and its archival history can be found in the Context area. Further information about working with the database can be found in the manual.
How do I order a work from the collection for screening?
If you are interested in a specific work, contact us at reserse@nfa.cz. The conditions of the loan are then arranged by the curators at Národní filmový archiv on an individual basis for each specific case.
How much does screening a work from the collection cost?
The pricing follows the general service price list of Národní filmový archiv. The conditions of each particular loan are arranged individually.
